Pam Art Studio was founded in 1950 by V.G. Parchure and Vishnu Mayadeo. In their early years, like D.R. Bhosle, they painted banners. Later, they transitioned into print work and began designing posters for Bollywood films. Their work included posters for movies such as Shin Shinaki Bobbla Boo (1952), Gunah (1953), Sheroo (1957), Kaagaz Ke Phool (1959), Phool Aur Patthar (1966), Devi (1970), and several other popular Bollywood films.

Apradh (1972) is a Hindi action thriller marking Feroz Khan’s debut as producer and director. He stars as Ram Khanna, a Grand Prix racer who falls for Meena (played by Mumtaz), a thief on the run after a heist in Germany. Their love story unfolds amid crime, deception, and high-speed car races.

The supporting cast includes Prem Chopra and Iftekhar. The film's music by Kalyanji–Anandji features the hit song "Ae Naujawan Hai Sab Kuch Yahan" (Asha Bhosle), which was later sampled by the Black Eyed Peas. Apradh is noted for its stylish action, international setting, and memorable soundtrack.
