This lithograph features inscriptions in both Urdu and Arabic, highlighting a verse from the Quran. At the bottom, the Arabic letters 'Kaf-Ha-Ya-’Ain-Ṣad' are written, which are opening letters of a Quranic verse. In the yellow oval, the verse 'Zikru rahmati rabbika 'abdahoo zakariyya' is inscribed, meaning 'This is a reminder of your Lord’s mercy to His servant Zachariah.' At the top center, the phrase 'Bismillahi r-Rahmani r-Rahim' appears, which means 'In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.'
