The story follows Aarti, whose grandfather wishes to see her married to a suitable man. To fulfill his wishes, she convinces Somu (Som Dutt) to pretend to be her fiancé. However, this deception enrages Pran (Vinod Khanna), who loves Aarti and feels betrayed. Driven by jealousy, Pran plots to eliminate Somu and take his place, leading to a series of dramatic confrontations and dangerous situations that test the strength of Somu and Aarti’s bond.

The film’s music is composed by Ravi, with lyrics by Rajendra Krishan. Its memorable soundtrack contributed to the movie’s success upon release. Man Ka Meet remains significant in Bollywood history as Vinod Khanna’s debut, marking the rise of a future superstar.
