After India’s independence, the hotel was sold to Begum Zaheeda Khatun of Wellington Hotel, Lucknow, and later leased to Delhi-based hoteliers Ram Prasad and Surendra Prasad. Today, it continues to offer colonial elegance with modern comforts, close to landmarks like Gun Hill and Christ Church.
