Ustad Allah Baksh

Ustad Allah Baksh (1895–1978) was born in Wazirabad (now in Pakistan) of undivided India. He was a prominent South Asian artist known for his illustrations and miniature paintings. In Bombay, he enjoyed making a series of paintings based on Hindu mythology. He received the Maharaja of Jodhpur Award from the Simla Fine Art Society.
