Veer Rajputani (1955) is a Hindi historical drama directed by J.B.H. Wadia under Basant Pictures. The film stars Shakila as Princess Padmavati and Manhar Desai as Veer Singh, with supporting roles by Meenakshi, Anwar Hussain, B.M. Vyas, and Helen in one of her earliest dance appearances. The story follows Padmavati, a brave Rajput princess, who joins Veer Singh to thwart the evil Daku Zalimsingh, who plots to spark conflict between Maharana Pratap and Emperor Akbar.
