More Info

The poster illustrates a vibrant poolside scene, where a woman in a swimsuit is preparing to dive into the water. Beside her, a couple stands nearby, while another couple is seated at a table, enjoying their drinks. Both couples, along with onlookers and swimmers, are watching her, adding to the lively and social atmosphere of the setting.

Vimto was first introduced in 1908 by John Noel Nichols as "Vimtonic," a herbal tonic designed to provide "Vim and Vigour." In 1919, the brand expanded internationally, registering in British Guyana. The fizzy version, "Sparkling Vimto," was launched in 1920, further increasing its popularity. By 1924, Vimto entered the Indian market, where it quickly became a beloved beverage among locals.
