The poster depicts a mother seated on a chair, holding her baby and giving the baby Woodward's Gripe Water. A young daughter runs up and exclaims, "Oh Mummy, Gripe Water! May I have some too?"
Woodward's Gripe Water was created by William Woodward in 1851 in England to relieve gastrointestinal issues, colic, and teething pain in infants. In 1928, TTK introduced Woodward's Gripe Water in India, where it became a trusted remedy for infant discomfort.
